i.e. fitness boot camp classes are built for your long-term fitness success. Workouts are not thrown together for you to get through at breakneck speed. Instead, each boot camp workout is meticulously planned out by i.e. fitness’ experienced and knowledgeable trainers that will help you lose weight, build muscle and increase your stamina.

What Can I Expect in Boot Camp Classes?

You can expect basic, intermediate and advanced bodyweight, strength and cardio endurance exercises that challenge you on a daily basis while allowing you to work at your own pace. Each workout will take place in a fun and relaxed environment with our positive and encouraging certified trainers who want to ensure your long-term fitness success.​

 

How long is a bootcamp class?

One hour.

What type of exercises are incorporated in your boot camp classes?

You can expect to work on functional movements that incorporate balance, mobility and strength into the hour-long workout. Workouts are centered around a number of different structures including HIIT, tabata, super-sets, drop-sets and challenges. Campers can expect dumbbel and barbell work centered the basic six to seven movement patterns of the body – squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull and core. Fast-paced strength endurance and cardio segments are included to round out the full body workout.

Do clients engage in partner workouts?

Yes, clients can expect to work by themselves and with others during the class.

Are boot camp classes delivered inside or outside?

Inside and outside (when weather permits).

 

Does a bootcamp class include nutritional advice?

Yes, our classes include nutritional advice. In addition, our boot camp classes also include consistent check-ins with trainers. Clients who sign up for our unlimited boot camp package also have complete access to trainers by phone or email at all times.

How many classes should a person attend for best results?

For best results clients should expect to come 2-5 per week.
